Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RashanX, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use RashanX for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

• You may not modify or copy the materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose
• You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. Bulk Ordering

Orders are processed when the neighborhood threshold is met. You understand that:

• Orders may take 2-3 business days to process after threshold is met
• You can cancel orders before the threshold is reached
• Once threshold is met, orders cannot be cancelled
• Prices are subject to change until order confirmation

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). For digital payments:

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Payment must be completed before delivery
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within selected neighborhoods. Delivery terms:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You must be available to receive the order
• Additional delivery fees may apply to remote areas
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will:

• Replace damaged items at no cost
• Process refunds for incorrect items
• Investigate quality issues and provide appropriate resolution

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information updated
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

8. Limitation of Liability

RashanX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
